The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order or signing up for a service, only to confirm delivery or to provide the service. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order or provide that service. We use your portfolio statistics information such as photos and portfolios (excluding personal identifying information such as e-mail address, home address) to enable browsers including anonymous talent agents to search through our database of members. Please note this personal information is never tied to personally identifiable information.
You may opt-in to display some of you personal information (email address and detailed location info) on the NeedAHosting Member Forums, the default setting if you do not opt-in will not display any information on the forums except for your stage name, photo, stats, and your portfolio link (weather it is under needahosting or your own domain) of the portfolio package that you selected.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Third party organizations affiliated with NeedAHosting may collect your personal information if you choose to go to their links.

How to update or delete your information on NeedAHosting
NeedAHosting members can update their information by logging on to http://hollywood.needahosting.com/login.php using their username and password, and clicking on edit buttons to update their personal information as appropriate.

To delete your personal information from the NeedAHosting.com servers you need to cancel your NeedAHosting account. To cancel your NeedAHosting account, please email us at support@NeedAHosting.com Please make sure to include your NeedAHosting username in your cancellation email request and the reason for your cancellation.
